I would suggest grouping functions that often collaborate in a workspace but establishing boundaries with different channels and projects. The design of workspaces and teams can be facilitated through our ExP program, which is offered by our customer success team. The number of employees doesn't matter, but if you have more than 100 employees, I'd say the Business Plan or Enterprise Plan would better suit your organization.
