What does AI's automatic classification mainly rely on? Is it based on the keywords mentioned in user feedback for classification? For example, if a user says it's a bit troublesome to use, how do we pinpoint which specific feature they are referring to?
@oldmann These are great questions! Thank you so much for the questions. I'd assume you have a very good understanding on how AI works. I think many of you must also be also curious about this as well.
AI's automatic classification is based on user intentions. User can edit prompt(which is already generated by our AI), use keyword and tags in the data, to train our model to understand what user intends to capture with a specific issues/topic. More data, better accuracy, and ultimately can pinpoint to specific feature based on training with all the existing feedback.
Syncly AI does curate a list of trending themes based on your data from the get-go. Nevertheless, if user wishes to setup a taxonomy, it can also be implemented quickly with minimal training. Love seeing these products that make finding evidence to tackle certain use cases and features easier and data driven. Compared to a few other apps, I in particularly like how you can see NPS score trend and tackle by group, and ask questions about the feedback if you want to learn about a certain topic.
I think it'd be cool if in each category, the keywords that caused a certain feedback to be tagged a certain topic can be highlighted - this way, the user can quickly double check the tagging accuracy. I think it would also be cool to see a declining NPS alert so you get to the customers before they left a really bad review.

How does Syncly handle multilingual feedback? Many companies operate globally, so being able to analyze feedback in different languages could be a big advantage.
Do you have any plans to integrate with popular CRM or helpdesk platforms?

Syncly is language agnostic platform. However, all of the AI output like reports, summary, suggestions, etc would be in English. We have users taking feedback from 4-5 different languages from French to Japanese!
Yes one of our core values is to centralize customer feedback data. So we integrate with many tools including CRMs like Salesforce, Hubspot, and partnering with helpdesk platforms like intercom, zendesk, front, Atlas(YC), etc, even review sites and call recording tools! Any particular platforms do you have in mind?

Hi @renchu_song ! thank you for your question! Our dashboard is customizable and you can create multiple ones with relevant, customized charts for each team and each initiative. For example, our customers create ones for their engineering team, product team, then create initiative based dashboard like churn analysis or customer segmentation deep dive.
