Most of internet services do block disposable email addresses because it's usesless to have users who are not accessible by email for promotions, newsletters etc
Technically speaking, websites don't get blocked they always receive favorable headers from our mail servers.
I speak about the different part. When you register on the saas using a disposable email address, saas would REJECT your registration. And more and more saases do that because of the marketing needs
Some temp mail services have resorted to frequently rotating their domains, as a solution.
