It's nice to have RAG + AI capabilities for front line teams - does the bot transfer to a human agent if they don't have the confidence to answer the questions? I like how you made the bot available in many interfaces like Slack and Team - I think Discord would be cool too!
What would you differentiate you from other AI agents out there? Sounds like it's the 30k tickets processed and the learnings you received?

We have a training page where you can add data sources, including public URLs, PDFs, spreadsheets, Notion Docs, GDrive, and connect apps like Zendesk, Intercom, and Freshdesk.
It takes just a few minutes to train the bot and get it up and running.
