Hey, I’m Jonny White 👋and I founded Ticket Tailor to provide event organizers with a low-cost and simple way to sell tickets online. Ticket Tailor exists for any event - no matter the shape, size or sector. 🌎 We’ve been around since 2010, and from those early days coding in my shed with only a handful of customers to now in 2023, selling over 10m tickets a year and working with over 15,000 event organizers around the world. 🤯Why did I set up Ticket Tailor? Whilst studying computer programming at university I loved music, and put on a few parties. Unfortunately, the ticketing companies always seemed to be taking a bigger share of the profits than me and I didn’t think that was fair. Not only that, they used the customer data from my parties to tell my attendees about other events they could go to, that had nothing to do with me. I didn’t think that was very fair either! 💡So what did I do? What any developer would! I built my own online box office. It worked great, I managed to make a profit on the event and what’s more, other local promoters wanted me to build them a white-labeled online box office too! I quickly realized that if I could make a platform that enables anyone to have a white-labeled box office then I could help hundreds or even thousands of promoters and event organizers who are currently feeling over-charged and under-served by their current ticketing platforms. 📈Fast-foward to today! We are now one of the world’s largest independent ticketing platforms. Every decision we take is driven by that initial pain I felt as a young promoter. In the ticketing world we are famous for offering the lowest fees, best customer service (24/7 and 2 min average response times) and always putting the event organizers' brand and data ownership first! As you can imagine, the product has evolved massively since those early days and we now have a host of powerful features (like seating charts, timeslot management, and affiliate tracking…) and integrations (like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Zapier …) and we offer a fully featured open API. Love how the platform is free for free events: easy to offer tickets and registration for non-profits, community groups, and churches etc.

Definitely the best alternative to Eventbrite. So much better value for selling tickets

Niche segment but much needed!

I've used Ticket Tailor to handle my in-person and online training courses for several years and really appreciate the quality of the service. The fact that the business supports charities, and integrates key services for charities like Gift Aid on donations via tickets, means I will be continuing to use them for the foreseeable future, and encourage others to do so.

We run 6 to 8 events per week, and I don't know what we'd do without TicketTailor. TT's features are robust and reliable, enabling our team to focus on the productions themselves, without constantly worrying about the ticketing software behind it. In the past, we've tried everything under the sun. Best of all, the Ticket Tailor team is immediately responsive to feedback and new ideas, and our dev team has been able to use the TT API to build significant new functionality of our own, on top of it. Big fan.
