@jmarovt We even experimented with internal Chatbot University (we used Appcues for that), and check what video content we had - 🚀

@lukasz_zbinkowski For now we would automatically transfer the message to the operator, without even asking about it (if you would talk ONLY with chatbot). However, if you would talk to agent, there would be nothing to transfer. We'll implement additional fallback logic in the upcoming future.
