We are like 99.99% on the Tidio train, the only feature we were missing when we tried it out was the ability to have the bot greet customers with a name/face above the message. (Our experiments suggested it had a measurable effect on conversion.) Gotta say though, Tidio is amazing. Beautifully designed, great product, great features.

@karan_kanwar Thanks for the feedback! Do you mean that you missed personalising bot' appearance (to imitate human)?

@przemyslaw_szustak Yes! If there was a way to add a picture & name above the bot message that's sent on page load, we'd definitely make the switch. (That, and an SDK to read messages via Javascript, though I think there's already a way to do that.) Right now we use Freshchat, but it's generally not as good, and over triple the price.

Neat and simple design with power of AI - looks great! What about Interactions with customers as a team, where conversations might go a bit longer? How deep can we go with scenarios?

@marcin_kazmierczak1 you can go as deep as you know, however, it's worth keeping in mind that people can mislead bots. So you should always set up some fallbacks (in our case it's transfer to operator message)
