Congrats on your amazing solution! It resonates a lot with the platform we're also building (onetranscriber.com - sorry for making sort of promoting..). A common "pain point" among the community of the online-meetings-workers, as we know, is also the overwhelming number of meetings we have to deal with daily which increased of course since the pandemic. Therefore the new questions (I also collected a lot from the colleagues all over the world) are: - can I send an AI Digital Assistant to the meetings that can take live captions/note for me, and promptly notify me in case of hot or critical topics being discussed? - can I have a solution that, along with meetings live captions, still by leveraging AI, can predict where the discussions will go and what statements will be made (e.g. based on attendees, arguments, from previous meetings, etc.)? - based on live captioning and transcription of the meetings, can the solution provide me suggestions and hints on what is the best comment or answer I can give during the ongoing meeting? - can the platform work with any software (other than zoom, or g-meet; but I know it's very hard to be fully compatible and takes a lot of effort). @giuseppe_di_nuccio Thank you for your kind words!!! 💙 It's super cool to see how different groups of people in different parts of the world can be landing on the same type of ideas, isn't it? Indeed, freeing customers' resources during meetings is one of our biggest challenges (Multitasking is overrated! :)). Although avoiding AI, we're trying to find ways to automatize more and more meeting-related processes (e.g anticipating what's going to be covered during the meeting). > suggestions and hints on what is the best comment or answer --> this would be another next level 💥, but I believe we need to keep the persons' autonomy to give their own answer :-) > can the platform work with any software --> Any particular request? 😎

@new_user_20173a3b8b 100% agree that multitasking is an illusion, and the key is to enable people to focus on the one thing only that matters at a specific time. And as you said, automation of meeting-side-tasks helps in this direction. However, I must admit that AI can definitely enable to make a big leap. And one quick point on the autonomy: for sure AI (never) replaces human activities, it "elevates" the same. People often guess, making not-informed statements (because it costs effort to us); AI does the "dirty" work providing options of informed possible answer, that we can better elaborate on. In terms of platforms, well, I use almost all of them, depending on the Clients I work with: Microsoft Teams, Skype and Webex. I would bet on MS Teams which is the most diffused in large companies and therefore allowing the Federated interactions (i.e. Company A employees interacts/chats/call with Company B employees).
