Many times, employee challenges stem from both within and outside the workplace. After watching your product demo, I'm curious – how does your product address challenges originating outside the organization? Additionally, have you considered integrating some form of therapeutic support? Sometimes, even the best performers might struggle due to personal issues, and psychological support can be incredibly beneficial. What are your thoughts on this?
