Last year, we told you exactly who we are (Twitter is what’s happening!) and refreshed our brand. Today, with lots of feedback and ideas from you, we’re refreshing our product too and making it feel lighter, faster, and easier to use.

I haven't used the Twitter iOS app in ages (Tweetbot user) so not sure if I got the new UI #firstworldproblems

With this update, I think Twitter feels fresh again - which is an exciting thing by itself. That said, I'm not sure about all the changes yet, but I do think there's more to come soon. :)

I wish it looked like this 3 years ago.

Meh. I would have liked them handle better ways of following all the sub-threads within a conversation.

Important note for those on iPads. The new version does not have Safari support like the iPhone does. You'll get the new design, but websites will still open in the custom browser tab.

yay. new icons, circular photos, and more accurate RT numbers. That's what we needed. that's what twitter needed.

I like this app. It's much more cleaner. 4 buttons on the bottom, instead of 5

With all the recent deals being signed for "Live TV", it only makes sense that this will be a prime area to share this. On the last earnings call, with Live TV getting tons of praise, the one thing that wasn't, was they weren't making it easy to find. Another newer cool feature, that is much more accurate, is when you're searching a keyword, influencer, competitor....they now show more accurately on the left hand side "Related Searches" and you can also filter those for more specific results. This can show you interesting accounts that are similar or #'s one can use or converse around. Pretty cool!

I have been using some UI like that (or better) since years ago, thanks to @twitterrifc LOL
