I have been using the ultimate brain template for a week now and it is a fantastic crash course into PARA filing and second brain storage. Everything it set out with clear instructions and videos so you can be up and running in no time. My productivity has jumped massively.

@andrew_fiebert thanks so much Andrew! Ultimate Brain is a template that's focused on personal productivity, so you won't find team-specific features built in right away. You can absolutely add them, though. I'll share what we do though; I use a copy of Ultimate Brain for myself, and then we've got a more custom team area in our Notion that everyone uses for team projects. One day, I'd love to totally merge them - but we've found (from very extensive testing) that Notion's current permissions tools make it difficult to use the same set of databases for both personal and team use. This isn't an Ultimte Brain limitation, it's a Notion one. But I'm hoping that we'll see some new permissions features in the near future that will fix this! The main thing we're waiting for is the ability to set database permission based on a linked view of a database - i.e. "Teammate A has access to this filtered view of the database, but not the whole database". Hope that makes sense!

Love this template pack so much- really happy to have stumbled across it a few months ago! Of all the Notion templates I've purchased, I definitely use and love this one the most so far- and that's saying a lot! I tend to buy the packs and stop using the majority of them because they don't make sense for my workflow. The videos are also super helpful in explaining how to use everything- esp if you're not a Notion pro yet. Super comprehensive and perfect for managing my days/notes/business/life.

After trying to duct tape together so many apps, @tomfrankly has created on an amazing tool that really does it all. It delivers on so many levels and is worth the price 10x over. Ultimate Brain is well made, the community is fantastic for help, ideas, and support, and Thomas clearly has poured his heart into the system. This product was my first introduction to Notion, and Thomas and his team have done a super job at introducing how it works. His tutorials and walkthroughs are top-notch. And he has made it so you can easily adapt the system to what works for you; like PARA or GTD, want lists or kanban or a gallery view - you make it fit you, and it all works so seamlessly. I'm a fan. As a note, I have Ultimate Brain with Creators Companion and suggest it for any content creator. :)

Notion is rapidly replacing a big portion of my work stack. If you've used it, you know there's a bit of a learning curve to master the platform - happily, Thomas Frank was there with great explainers and templates I could rip apart to understand the platform better (and documentation for when I couldn't 😉). Second Brain for Notion though - that's something quite different and completely next level. Thomas and his team have done something quite special here - the flexibility and power of the existing template is already spectacular (I work in a research-intensive communications role in universities so I have tested the thing and it _hums_ even when I'm breaking down) but beyond that - the responsiveness to Notion updates is amazingly timely and thorough. TLDR: cannot recommend enough! Thanks Thomas and your team - legends, all! 😎💪
