Ultimate Brain is a complete second brain template for Notion. It’s the productivity system I’ve always wanted, combining notes, tasks, projects, and goals, along with advanced features: recurring tasks, GTD, Tiago Forte’s PARA organization system, and more.

I just came across notion earlier this year and instantly signed up. Since then, I have replaced 5 apps with notion (a personal finance tracker, read it later list, note taker, project/task manager, and calendar). And that's all before I got this template.
Once I started searching for more ideas on how to use it, I found Thomas Frank almost right away and have used a few of his other templates (ultimate note template and ultimate task template). I thought I was set. I thought there's nothing more that I need for Notion.
And then Tom came out with this template...
This template blows my mind at the level of detail, thought, and overall efficient and useful nature of it. I held off for a couple of months when it was first released, debating whether or not to get it.
Bottom line: I should've gotten it on day one. This is the best Notion template. Hands down
After making my own customizations to the template (incorporated a custom asset/contract manager, a place for bookmarks, added specific templates for note/tasks, etc.) it's now a power house of all my personal/work projects to keep me focused.
Some of my favorite highlights:
The quick capture section: I can't tell you the number of times where I had my notes in other systems. (Google keep, evernote, onenote, among others) and it becomes impractical, overwhelming, then wishing for something better. The quick capture page is literally 'self-cleaning'. I type something down in it at least once/day and it's completely blank, Just waiting to be used.
Note processing - an add-on to above: Absolutely love this page where you can just organize your notes/tasks.
Project hub: Whenever I don't know what to do with some free time, it's my new go-to place to see what needs to get done.
Area/Resources: Loving the PARA system. Helps me keep track of what I should do for work/life in a different viewpoint that has made me way more productive.
Best of all in my opinion. It just works and it's all incorporated together in a seamless matter.
@eric_anderson7 Eric, so good to see you here! We appreciate all the kind words - so glad you've found UB useful!

After reading dozens of great reviews and testimonials I decided to move forward and buy the Ultimate Brain. I'm a huge fan of Thomas and I'm sure that this tool will support me in my journey. Thanks everyone.
Looks awesome! Love the quick capture!! And also smart use of Toggles - makes mobile VERY usable (which is often not the case with other Notion templates 😃)
@threehourcoffee Thanks, Marie! Yep, making UB optimized for mobile was one of our most important goals! This is so often overlooked when building Notion systems.

This is an Absolute "No Brainer" it runs like a well oiled machine 😀For the time and money that I have invested in other products, I actually feel this is way to UNDERPRICED!!! You will get your money's worth and more..
Great stuff! Totally worth it! If you're just starting using Notion this is great and even if you're a Notion Veteran this has so much to offer that I'm sure you will like tinkering around, customizing it, or just using as is.
@akhil_gupta3 Hey Akhil!
We've got a bunch of resources in our Circle: https://community.thomasjfrank.c... and in our help center: https://support.thomasjfrank.com
I'll have to mention that it's definitely *not required* to use every part of the system super frequently. Grab what works for you well, feel free to not use the remaining features. For example, I've not yet really started using Goals because I tend to work on habits rather than goals. However, I do use the other parts of the system daily.
If there's anything specific that makes you feel stuck - be sure to ask around in our Circle community! We'll be happy to help there.
Absolute game changer! I’ve converted from Trello to notion and Thomas’ EXCEPTIONAL templates. Templates is probably too loose a word, more database, processes, and interconnected system
His videos and documentation are super awesome too!
