Beyond sleep tracking: Build sustainable habits with personalized AI accountability

by

Most sleep trackers are built to make you feel good about failing. They give you a soft nudge when you scroll TikTok until 3 AM and tell you to "forgive yourself and try again tomorrow." I got sick of that.

Teaching in the hyper-competitive, high-stress environment of Shanghai, I saw firsthand what chronic sleep deprivation does to the brain. I realized that raw data and pretty charts don't fix broken habits. Psychological leverage does.

So I taught myself iOS development and built Circa Accord. It’s not a cute habit tracker. It’s a circadian protocol that uses neurobiology and unapologetic accountability to force discipline.

The setup is simple:

💀 Don: A literal Drill Sergeant. He doesn't care about your feelings. He will brutally call out your excuses when you ruin your schedule.

🧠 Steven: A cold scientist. He delivers raw neuro-facts about how your lack of sleep is destroying your prefrontal cortex.

⚡️ Stoic Routines: Start your morning with hardcore philosophy that demands resilience, not comfort.

I built this for myself because I needed it. If you’re tired of coddling your own bad habits and actually want to optimize your focus, give it a shot.

Main Description :

Raw data doesn't build discipline. Most habit trackers give you a sterile chart and a gentle reminder. Circa Accord gives you a Drill Sergeant.

Built on cold, hard circadian neuroscience and Stoic philosophy, this app is designed for people who actually want to fix their routines, not just get a digital pat on the back.

Features for the disciplined:

Ruthless Accountability: Choose 'Don', an AI Drill Sergeant who aggressively calls out your excuses, or 'Steven' for pure, unfiltered neuro-data.

Philosophical Protocol: Customizable morning routines anchored in Stoic philosophy to lock in your mindset before the day starts.

Neuro-Optimized UI: A true-black Dark Mode that actively protects melatonin levels, paired with tactile haptic feedback.

NSDR Engine: Dynamic audio blending for rapid focus recovery during high-stress hours.

Stop fighting your biology. Stop relying on motivation. Build the system.
