Builing an app b/c my therapist only sees me one hour a week & I need something for the other 167.

Hey, I'm Tim. Australian living in Denmark. I've dealt with anxiety for years. Therapy helped, but it's typically one hour a week. The other 167 hours I was on my own.

Most wellness apps I've tried forgot me the second I closed it. So I spent the last few months building the opposite. It's called Keel, an AI companion that actually remembers your conversations and learns what helps over time.

At this point, I've built the foundation. Now I'm looking to collaborate with psychologists to evolve its maturity and AI-specialists to validate my code. Would love to connect with anyone in the wellness or AI space here.

Honest question for the group: would you trust an AI with your mental health? I'm building one and I still think about this daily.
