Is the "Integration Tax" killing your margins? (Zapier vs Native)

I built Octonex because I was tired of paying middleware tools (like Zapier or Make) just to sync simple CRM stages back to Meta. At high volume, the "per-task" pricing was eating into my agency margins.

I'm curious: for your own SaaS or internal tools, do you still rely on middleware for core features, or are you moving towards building native integrations to save costs?
