I'm Victoria — a Technical Project Manager who builds with AI agents. I work at the intersection of product management, technical delivery, and AI-assisted development — and I ship what I build.

What I've shipped recently:

📝 Victoria's AI Blog — Where I write about what actually happens when you build with AI agents — the wins, the failures, and the real decisions. Posts like "Why Product Managers Should Build" and "Shipping a Static Site With Astro" come from daily build journals, not hypotheticals.

📚 AI Assisted Work — A searchable knowledge base covering LLM foundations, agentic AI, context engineering, and full-stack LLM development. 54 annotated scholarly sources, 102 total references. Built with MkDocs Material + GitHub Pages. I designed it for three audiences at once — beginners, practitioners, and engineers — because the best technical content shouldn't gatekeep.

🛠️ Content Distributor — A CLI tool I just built that posts to Dev.to, Hashnode, and Twitter/X via API, and formats content for LinkedIn, Hacker News, and Product Hunt. Config-driven, open source, designed so anyone can plug in their own platforms.

My approach:

I'm a customer-first builder. I start with who I'm building for, what problems they're facing, and work backward from there. I love collaborating with engineers and developers — and I bring the product lens, the delivery structure, and a willingness to get my hands dirty in the build.

Why I'm here:

I'm looking to connect with startups and SMBs who need a technical PM and builder resource — someone who can bridge product, delivery, and AI. I'm also here to share what I learn about AI-assisted development openly, because this way of building is new and the playbook is still being written.
