Lol this feeling is always knocking the door once I feel really great.
What helps is: going out and just walking, playing with my pup, cooking, talking a shower, watching a movie or literally anything that helps to run away for a bit. So I can recharge and get back with new ideas and motivation.
I think about it, and I wouldn’t say that in such a situation you need to be distracted, you need to think and think through everything. Information processing is very important.
