I love the mini-surveys that can be triggered by time on page and specific user events, they provide me with qualitative insights that I would otherwise have to conduct several user interviews to obtain 👀 What do you think about marketers collecting customer feedback? 😊

Hi @lazare_rossillon Spoke looks like the exact product Usersnap serves! Each feedback item in your app (with logged in users) you can automatically fetch custom user data, as well as the captured user environment metadata. This helps to give context to the customer feedback for you to act on it and reply more accurately. Our NPS widget can be implemented in your app or be sent via emails, to increase response rates. And in-app you can set display frequency to, for example, every 90 days. Hope this helps!
