I'm also a marketer and I've found customer feedback increasingly useful for optimizing website content and understanding search to buy intent. Each feedback item in your app (with logged in users) you can automatically fetch custom user data, as well as the captured user environment metadata. This helps to give context to the customer feedback for you to act on it and reply more accurately.
Our NPS widget can be implemented in your app or be sent via emails, to increase response rates. And in-app you can set display frequency to, for example, every 90 days.
