The Vervoe Experts Community - Help startups hire better, and get paid to do it

I created a script for our company, hired someone with it and it was an extremely easy process. I then posted the script to the public and a couple other companies have used it. Pretty cool experience and a much better way of hiring.

Pros:

Great to have scripts created from experts, extremely helpful head start for hiring and getting paid for your submissions is a plus

Cons:

Platform still being ironed out

Love this. I've been hiring over the last few months and have had to rely on a combination of Google Docs, Forms, Wistia's Soapbox, Trello and a handful of job posting sites. To see a software tackling the vast majority of what has been a grind to create is awesome. Excited to see what's next and give this a try in the months to come. This is everything I needed when I was hiring for startup marketing roles years ago. Hiring is especially complicated at a startup. You can't hire before the need is there, but when the need is there, everyone has to work double time for months while the right person is recruited. Thanks for sharing this!

You get to help startups reduce the risk of a bad early hires (and royalties are a nice surprise each month).

Very cool, working with Virtual assistants over the years this seems like a great idea. It's hard to work the line of trying to properly vet potential candidates and getting them to do work for free. This seems like a great opportunity to make the hiring process easier. I already have a team of interns I am looking forward to trying this out with.

As an expert financial modeler finding other talented modelers used to be hard.....no longer thanks to Vervoe.

Pros:

Amazing platform that turns skills into an annuity stream. Work while you sleep....plus brand building and thought leadership.

I've been working with Vervoe all year and have been super excited about what they have to unveil to the world. @omermolad and @david_weinberg are changing the face of hiring in a super authentic and smart way. As I mentioned in a review above, I wrote a script for their Experts Community for hiring a Customer Success Consultant for an early-stage SaaS and to my surprise someone bought it within a week or two. I was absolutely delighted. 😊

Just signed up for the 14-day trial to help a client make their first in-house marketing hire. The assessment scripts created by other smart marketers are AWESOME. Well-thought out and will save me a ton of time.
