I first found out about VideoGen a few months ago. I had an idea for what I wanted to do and asked a few questions of the support team. I put off trying it out for awhile, once I found that my first video wouldn't fit the parameters for a free trial. Amazingly, they kept my first concept on file, so when I took the plunge to try it for at least a month, my project was waiting for me. I hit generate, and I had a video. Then I started diving in to the settings and modifiers. My one issue would be that once you put in Pause commands, it doesn't regenerate the video segments. So now my segments transition out of sync with the voice over. And I haven't found a "regenerate all", only segment by segment, and that doesn't seem to fix the timing issue. Plus I liked some of the video choices, so I didn't necessarily want to change them. So I guess it comes down to editing tools. That would be what still needs work. So for now, I'll give it a 4 out of 5 stars.
