Sadly, after a week and hours of time communicating my Visible service couldn’t be activated. I inserted my old Verizon sim, dialed 611 and switched my service back to Verizon.
Although my phone was never activated I found Visible’s Executive Relations folks to be responsive and pleasant via email & phone. That said, the messaging customer service was unbearably slow.

This watered down Verizon service isn't worth $1/mo. I've never had so many dropped calls. I've never had so much trouble trying to download or update apps. This is barely qualified as cellular service at all. Don't waste your time, money of frustration on this poorly developed bastard child of Verizon.

This company’s employees engage in retaliation and fraudulent behavior! Don’t sign up with Visible or you will regret it! In the end it’s not worth the aggravation and hassle! In less than six months we had to waste our upon our reaching out to their horrible horrible horrible outsourced customer service! Their customer service representatives do not fully comprehend the English language at a level necessary to deal with American customers! They also retaliate if you request or demand to speak to someone who will better understand you here in the states!
One of their staff members by the name of Daniel disconnected and terminated my account after having a lengthy dispute and a very unfriendly encounter with him over the telephone! When I reached out to their online chat support because it’s the only way to contact them I was informed that my service was disconnected upon my request! This was a total lie! I spent over six hours engaging back-and-forth via their online chat trying to get my service restored so I could port my service to another carrier! Their action was unethical and illegal which resulted in fraud!
Had I not been persistent and let them know I was going to file a police report with the FBI I strongly feel my service would’ve never been restored and I would’ve lost my number that I’ve had for over a decade!
There are many prepaid carriers and although most of them utilize outsource customer service this is by far one of the worst if not the worst prepaid carrier in this country! This isn’t the first time did they have did malicious things to customers accounts and gave numerous excuses as an explanation for what happened. A quick Google search and you will find that less than six months ago they were charging thousands of dollars to customers credit cards and shipping out devices to someone other than the customer while billing the customer for the devices. Like me these customers were locked out of their accounts and hopeless for hours and days until the issues were addressed!
The employees of this company become extremely rude and hostile the moment you let them know you want to speak to a representative in the United States of America. If you can get one of them to call you good luck getting them to fully understand your situation and good luck getting them to resolve it in a timely fashion.
Yes the price is low but so is the help. This company only employees low wage low level employees and that’s why it’s so cheap! Don’t be fooled by the fact that they use Verizon’s towers because you don’t get nowhere near the quality of service or customer service that one would get with Verizon.
When I requested the arbitration information to file an arbitration claim due to what transpired yesterday I was repeatedly denied the name of the arbitration firm or their contact information!
This alone is illegal and opens me up to the option of involving the courts. Who’s ever heard of an arbitration clause where they won’t give you the arbitration contact information?
This company needs to be put out of business and if you value your sanity and you don’t want to be faced with stress aggravation and faulty service may I suggest trying another carrier. There are many carriers with comparable plans and better customer service! Mint mobile by T-Mobile has far better customer relations in better service without interruption and without the need to contact customer service at least once a month.
May I suggest if you’re thinking about joining visible wireless that you run and run and run as far as you can away from these people because in the end it’s not worth it!

Worst service I have ever seen. I don't know how they can stay in business and not get sued out existence. I bought a phone from them, never even opened the box and had to send it back. I still haven't gotten my money back 40 DAYS later! They told me my refund got "stuck" and they would have to reprocess it. Stay far away!!!
