Visible is some kind of scam! The coverage is extremely pour. The 4G is non-existent! On top of that, if you set your account for auto pay, they charge you several times per month. They never answer the phone and the the text chatting is there just to see how much patience you have. It is a computer with programed questions so there is not way to have a normal conversation. Stay away from this SCAM!

This company sucks! Ordered an iphone NEVER was home to get it FEDEX sent it back to visible on october 2nd they wont update my account, to show yhey have the unopened phone back the wont release my number and ever rep abandons the live chat or says a specialist has to fix this....meanwhile the financing company wants the payments until its resolved I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND them to anyone shame on verizon for backing this piss poor company

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!!! If there is one purpose I have in this world, it is to save another person from going through the HORRIBLE experience I have had with Visible. My mobile network hasn't worked in 4 days, now they're telling me it will be another 3 to 5 days before it is fixed. I explained that I am not some 14 year old girl that just needs to talk to her boyfriend, I am running a business and my phone is my lifeline. This did not seem to phase them.

Advertised as next day service-haha. I ordered last Saturday and it's Friday now. It took almost a week to activate. After finally getting "service" the phone wouldn't work and visible told me that I had to reboot the phone to get the sim card to work. She said if that didn't work it could take 3-5 more days to fix! You can't make this s*it up!

Ok this is my horrible story with visible.. So iv been with At&t for 25years and its been overall fine kinda expensive but fine never any real big issues. well i have been trying to save money and so i heard about Visible and thought might as well give it a try.. BIGEST MISTAKE ever so they said i could keep my phone number and they would transfer it over for me.. sounds good so i thought.
So i singed up on a monday after noon and the next morning a new sim arrived in a fedex envelope. I was happy with the speed of shipping. well finally wed evening i had time to go threw the process and follow the instruction to activate so i went threw the process and got an email saying my card info needed to be updated to activate so i went on to the app and tried to activate by updating my card info well i updated it and it declined which was not normal so i went back in to try another form of payment and now the buttons for payment are no longer blue there grey wich means you basically cant push them so now im not able to pay phone still not activated i figured ill put my old sim card back in a deal with this later so i installed my old sim card and no service the activation that tried to take place was successful at pulling my # from At&t which basically canceled my At& t service immediately so back to the visible card thinking it will maybe work now.. nope still grey buttons instead of blue so no way to pay. So i did the only thing you can do and clicked on the link for live chat because thats the only way to talk to anybody. they were basically clueless as to what was wrong and ran me in circles trying to resolve the issue.. well its now saturday night and iv been without any phone service since thursday and iv done 11 chat sessions all of which the person basically said they would get it figured out and not to worry and non of which were successful. by friday afternoon i knew i had made a mistake by switching and was livid worst part about it is that i missed a very important phone call friday which cost me getting a new job i was excited about.. Try using the exscuse that your cell phone company is messed up lol.. so iv been basically promised that id get it resolved befor today was over but its 544pm and if its not resolved by now i figure it wont be till monday that i may get service back..i opened one more chat session and got pretty much the same crap that theye have people workingon my issue yeah right...Beware unless you wanna be without aphone for a week id stay away from Visible.. ill update when it gets resolved

I tried to sign up for Visible. My account and phone number started to transfer but hung up and neither my new phone nor my old phone worked. They have NO voice service for support, only chat. What's worse, when you ask a question they may take 15 minutes or more to respond. It is an incredible waste of time to try and communicate this way. I wasted more than 8 hours, mostly sitting waiting for them to respond, while trying to resolve the problems. It never worked. I sent the phone back, it took me three days to get my phone number working again with Verizon, and two months later I can't login to the Verizon website because the Visible mess-up screwed up both accounts. Remember, Visible is an off shoot of Verizon, so if they can't get an account transferred from Verizon to Visible, what the heck are they going to do with other accounts? I will not be going to Visible and I will advise my friends to avoid them. Any problems YOU encounter may take weeks to resolve and days of your time sitting at a computer waiting for Visible to respond to your chat posts. They need to add LIVE VOICE support and stop wasting their customers' time!

If they could fix any issues. My port worked but my wife's had issues and ended up loosing her phone number she has had since she got a cell phone. It has been over a week and not closer to fixing the issue. They use Verizon port center which I called and they explained what happened and said visible just had to manually finish it. Kept getting the 24-48 hour response from visible chat. They kept going back to issues that were not the issue. Finally got someone from there to call me and said they understand and that they were working on manually activating my account. 24 hours later I called to see what was going on and told them I got a new number and just want refunded and then to not try and activate my number any more. They looked into my account. They then told me I'll note it but we can not activate customers accounts they have to do it. So if you run into any issues with activation or porting your number is likely gone for good. I can say my service seems fine but it's not worth the risk of losing a long time phone number and having the pain to update your number everywhere as well as the 30+ hours I spent over a week to try and get her account fixed. Straight talk doesn't have the family plan options but has been a lot better to work with if there are issues. You don't get the apologies and 24-48 hours to find out nothing has changed with the issue.
