Visible - It's phone service. In an app.

Tried Visible from Verizon post-paid. Most of the time, I had no service or my internet speeds hovered around 60 kbps. Had full bars on my phone, but no one could understand me on the other end of the line and I couldn't load websites b/c the service was so slow. I read Visible used to limit speeds but did away with that. I think that was just a marketing ploy to get as many new customers as possible. Then they seem to throttle your speed if you actually use the internet so badly that those of us who need internet access leave Visible. Don't try contacting customer service in chat. It's a joke. They aren't really technicians. They don't have the knowledge to fix problems--chatting with CS is an exercise in frustration. I can't figure out why Verizon would back this kind of company. Internet access is painfully slow and phone access glitchy. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for service.

I spent three hours on line 3 pc's a mac and my cell phone. VERIZON SUX! THE AGENTS KNOW ZERO, I BET ITS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY LIKE NO. KOREA! THERE WEBSITE IS USELESS ITS DOWN OR SOMETHING AND THE AGENTS HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE. WHAT A SHAME.

DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Had verizon for years fantastic service and signal. Switch to this garbage and phone is basically useless, won't make calls, drop call, audio cuts out, data THROTTLED BEYOND BELIEF avg LESS THAN 1mbps during the day. FCC should shut these clowns down for fraud. Should have known after activation went horribly wrong and left without phone service for two days that was in for trouble. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS CRAP.

To not charge me when they have cancelled the order. They did this to me twice, using 2 different accounts. Making it extremely hard for me to recommend this service to anyone.

I didn't want to believe the reviews I was reading here but I feel like I just wasted 40$... luckily I am a smart and experienced man and I didn't port my number. I am simply testing Visible as a second service on my iPhone. Service is SLOW... when I say slow I mean SLOW. I get jumpy 4 - 5 Mbps speedtest with 5 strong bar LTE signal from my house. I live in Tampa, the speedtest server is in Tampa and get 200ms ping! WTF? While on T-Mobile with a few LTE bar signal, I get a solid 70Mbps. According to Visible agent I chatted with, we can expect 5 - 12Mbps on their network. So no, it's not Verizon like service for 40$ a month, not even remotely close. It is a good idea ruined by a very bad and cheap implementation

I have a Moto Z4 phone that is on their compatable list. Got the card early this week. Now it's Thursday. Endless chats with no results. They don't do phone calls. Many promises. No results. A HUGE waste of my week trying to get this service going! They are really clueless!!! Say NO to this company!
