Don't sign up with Visible. I got the sim card yesterday. The service is slow as slow can be. Loading websites is PAINFUL. Their app sucks. Their customer support sucks even worse. I for instance ordered the sim car with a new number so I could TRY the service without cancelling my verizon account. Did you know you can't port a number later? You didn't? Well how the hell would you? Every other service allows that. Their customer support is flippant and unhelpful. They would not offer a refund. AVOID!

Pros: Sign-up, payment, and install was a breeze. Cons: For some reason, even though I properly installed the service on a compatible phone around 1:45 pm Friday, my service didn't start working until 5:30 Saturday morning. So be prepared to go a bit without service while switching. Overall: It's saturday evening, service was good and fast enough to stream music all through a pretty decent hike and I'm still happy.

I have unlimited data in Europe for 12 € a month (T-Mobile)

The only thing that I can say is that I was looking for something hassle free straight to the point no BS no extra stuff I’m OK with chatting and I needing an immediate response because I was confident in the service that I was signing up for due to it being backed by a great service provider. The fact that it was an iPhone only service lets me know that I’m going to get a high-quality service anyways because iPhones are high-quality devices. Very happy I’m not the type of person that calls into Customer Service I’d like to chat preferably then being on the phone being put on hold because the person needs to have their question answered before they can answer Mines. Point is if you know what you’re looking for and you want something at a good price but with great purchase without the household of billing an extra BS this is the service for you.Super responsive Customer Service great price great network coverage unlimited hotspot unlimited data I use Hulu and the spectrum TV app from charter spectrum and I see no lags or issues with my service some light buffering on the Spectrum TV app but it’s expected.

If you are expecting the world for $40/month you will be disappointed. I was able to eliminate my soon to be $65/month internet bill and combine it with my phone bill saving me $60 a month. I can stream, surf, play games do whatever I did before. And although there are occasional hiccups, they are less frequent than when I was paying Spectrum for their internet.

Internet can be sporadic, especially during peak hours.

Drop calls consistently, tried to port out so they cancelled my number, so I can’t port my number because they no longer have it even though my account is still open. When I tried calling my number it goes to a Verizon recording that says the number is no longer in service. I have never even had Verizon. For the last 3 weeks they just keep telling me that everything will be fixed in 24-48 hours. Crappy customer service and phone service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I was so excited about getting iPhone 7 w/unlimited everything. It'll be my 1st iPhone. I popped in the sim card and download Visible app. I was able to logon to the Visible account on the phone. My phone indicated that I have Visible data/internet on my phone (upper left corner.) BUT when my friend called me the call went to the old carrier. I contacted Visible through text 99370 and waited for more than an hour but no one replied back. I tried a different way of contact by going through chat on PC and waited more than two hours w/o any response. I got an email from Visible two days ago that my old carrier released the # to Visible. In the past, my parents got me the Android phone w/unlimited everything plan but they always keep checking my phone. This's why I want a new phone+plan on my own using my saving and my allowance. So far, I am still using my Android phone with an old carrier from my parents. If I can turn back the time, I would not do the transfer. 😞 😭😢
