This company is the worst. Wasted a month and numerous hours trying to get my number ported and phone activated. Run away from these people. Customer service is a joke. Reps have no ability to solve issues and have nothing but canned responses. Poorly trained, have no answers. Communication is a joke. No ability to talk to someone. Every communication has to be repeated because you never get the same rep. Wish I had never tried them

During a 7 day trip between Missouri and western Wyoming I had service about 50% of the time. Outbound I had no service across Nebraska on I-80, and spotty service returning the same route. Doing a reset sometimes restored service for a short time.

I have been with them for 4 month with a party of 4 lines. Honestly speaking, do not sign up with this HORRIBLE carrier. This carrier has been giving me nightmare since day one. I bought the iPhone 12 pro max from them and I had issues starting with my first call (drop call). I, along with all other lines from different city with different devices, have experienced call issues that we have never had: drop calls, the other side can't hear me, call fails, white noises, and some other call issues that I didn't even know it was exist. This happens to all our 4 lines in various areas with different devices DAILY. Yes, I like the price but I can't stand not be able to make a phone call. Customer services? No hope. I am in the process of switching all 4 numbers to other carrier. BTW, when it shows full bar on 5G, my speed test on download is 10-12Mbps. It's slower than my previous 4G LTE speed. Tested on iPhone 12 Pro Max from Visible.
Anyone else run into an error when trying to sign up? My iPhone 6S IMEI checks out and I confirmed with Verizon that my phone is unlocked, but when I get to the end of Visible's phone info section, I get a "JavaScriptMtnStatusCode.js:22" error. I've tried via browser and the app. I'm thinking it may be the PIN length...I have a 4-digit Verizon PIN, but Visible seems to want 8-digits.
@jwiskerchen Were you able to get this solved? If not, contact our care team @VisibleCare (Twitter) and they can get you set up.

@heatherhorsey I contacted @VisibleCare yesterday, but they weren't able to help. However, I saw that another Product Hunt user (@callan752) called support and learned that a "-1" needs to be added when entering a Verizon account number (i.e. XXXXXXXXX-1). I just did that and my SIM is on its way!
