Data is comically slow. You get NO guaranteed high speed data. You will only get high speed data if the Verizon towers are not busy, but they are busy 90% of the time.

I wish this company was invisible
Signed up for their notifications when they'd add support for my phone. Got the email saying they were ready for me. Everything went through with their IMEI checker and got my SIM card ordered. Fine.
Pop the SIM card in and it won't activate. Support has me do all sorts of weird stuff, only to end up telling me "woops, we don't support your phone after all". Big hassle to reactivate my old service and port my number back. I guess I should be thankful that I'm dodging a bullet by not moving forward with this hot mess.

It took over a week to try to port my number and the sim card wouldn't work after every conceivable test that we tried. Their customer service sucks and they need to get their act together.

I recommended this cellular carrier because I am using it (and they gave a promotional discount for joining. I have had some issues, but NOTHING COMPARED WITH my spouse. For 2 weeks he waited for tech support to get his cellular data working. Finally, he just gave up. Went to Verizon (who does not own Visible, they just lease the network to Visible). His phone was locked up for data useage, so he just bought another phone! We got nothing working except phone service ... for more than 2 weeks. Visible is a Very New company and they haven't gotten it together yet. New phone cost with trade in: $600. Well, we really saved money haven't we!

Activation is glitchy, support response is slow. Coverage is spotty (I have Verizon and my phone’s quality is better than that of visible)
I cancelled the service before it started after being with their support for over an hour and waiting for 24hrs for someone to contact me. Then I have to chat with their online support to cancel the service. My refund request was put in on wed and was told 3-5 days of processing time. I hope I got my money back.

This company is unbelievable in a bad way the only thing they have going for them is the unlimited data! I started on the 3RD of last month this month they want to get paid a day early or they will suspend my service! I told them I get paid once a month on the 3RD that's why I waited until the 3RD to activate the service! They don't care!!! I guess if I decide to stay with this branch of Verizon I have to make sure to put aside the $40 the month before to prevent interuption! Now as for the service? It's no better than Sprint, T-Mobile or ATT everywhere I didn't have service with the other companies visible also doesn't work? I know they favor the post paid customers when it comes to coverage because even in a dark Red Verizon area that the others don't work I have no service I tried rebooting the phone event but nope! I see bars but the tower refuses to give service. You get what you pay for!

Don't. Just don't. I originally had Verizon where I can crappy service at my house. Switched to visible and service was non existent AND no Wifi calling capability for the Pixel 2. They have a very short list of phones that works on by the way. Customer service was terrible. I ended up ACTUALLY getting my account number and pin and took my number and phone to AT&T. Now I have full bars at home!!! Lolol. Long story short, I had been a verizon customer for years. Visible which Verizon owns, was so bad it drove my business away entirely!
