I love this. Going to share with my team as we have folks all over the world and watching recorded zoom meetings just aren't the same. I like the idea of being able to search through the video and also share snippets from the meeting (that could be great for documentation too). I have a question though about the pricing - i see that you can host up to 12 participants per meeting, so what is a "member"? For instance, would each person on my team need an account? Or just the ones that host the meetings?

I also just realized this could probably be really cool for my clients when i do consulting.... that way if they have questions again after a call, they don't have to watch the whole thing but can search through. Do they need to also be paying users to be able to access the recordings after the meeting?

@britt_joiner Meeting limits are based on the pricing plan you choose https://www.vowel.com/pricing/ If you are on the Free plan it's up to 12 and that includes members and guests. You can see more about the difference between a workspace member and a guest here: https://help.vowel.com/en/articl... Guests can search within a single meeting that they have been in, members can search across multiple meetings since they have access to the entire workspace. @britt_joiner Just to add in here, we don't require that guests have a paid account. As soon as the meeting ends, we'll send them a copy of the meeting (recording, transcript, and notes) so they can reference what happened on the call and not have to poke you so much to follow up ;)

@david_sipos Our strategy involves investing in great creative that can be used beyond the launch (like our new video!) and doing outreach to our community and customer base before and during the launch. We also keep our team up to date so they can reach out to people in their networks — the network effect is real! Twitter has also been a great channel for amplifying the launch message.
