Wing is relatively new compared to other carriers. Although they are a young entrant, I think they are amazing! I love their coverage and they allow me to track how much data I have left in my plan and any remaining data I didn't use will be converted into $ that I can use for the next cycle. They're that simple and easy to use! Plus, everything is online so everything has been hassle-free so far.

Hey guys, I know Wing is new to you , at first, I thought it was a scam but it is definitely not! I’ve been using ATT for years before Wing and I can tell that the bill is so much cheaper! Definitely worth the try. Customer service is very patient and accomodating.

So far, it's been nothing but smooth sailing with Wing! The switch was easy and they helped me through it step-by-step! Glad I took that leap of faith with them!

So I was LIED to by this company & promised great things & have gotten nothing but headaches. Switching over was a 3 day headache. They said my phone would work but once I put their SIM in I had to work with 4 different tech support people in order to get my phone to make calls & texts. And I still to this day show 2 unread texts but there is nothing. Never had that issue until Wing. So I activated on 11/26/2019. I just confirmed this with a rep yesterday. I paid $7.00 at the time of activation & got a $13.00 credit. A week later, I was charged & paid $20 for the monthly fee for 12/4 through 1/5/2020. I didn't pay the next $20 immediately on 1/5 so they suspended my service. On 1/11/2020 I went online to my account to pay the bill. Low & behold, it shows $20 for service (for 1/4 thru 2/5 PLUS a $10 "Parking fee" through 2/5/2020. I was never informed of any "parking fee" if I didn't pay the bill. Long story short, I paid $33.00 and expected that my phone would be able to be turned back on. NO! Apparently I need to pay an additional $20 for 1/4 thru 2/5/2020. Huh??? Stay with me here... Didn't I just pay that? And why wasn't the "parking fee" adjusted since that $10 reflected an entire month & my phone wouldn't be "parked" all month. Are you still with me? So since 11/26/2019 I have paid $60.00 & if I pay an additional $20 it would be $80. $80 for not even 2 months of service... How is this cheaper? And when I try to chat with anybody I'm told over & over again.. "this is prepaid service... you pay before you use". And that's after waiting 15-20 minutes for someone to read my text and another 10 minutes to respond to it. It's a racket. Thank God my phone has been a prepaid phone all along & is broken because instead of paying Wing more money I'll just go buy a new phone & got back to Verizon where at least I know I'll have service as long as I pay my bill & they don't try to "double dip". I have absolutely NOTHING good to say about this company or how they do business. And they should be ashamed of themselves. All they are doing is ripping people off... where I come from that's illegal.

I believe that Wing is a good company indeed. I had a problem, and the CS Agent, did not quit until he had my problem resolved! And for this I am most grateful for what did for me. And this will be my deciding factors to stay with Wing.

WING IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Cheaper bill for fast internet and no drop calls. They have international data and talk rates that are suited to my needs. Highly recommended. Thumbs up!

I just recently discovered about Wing and tried to do a bit of a background check on them. Based on what I've found, they're kinda new to the market. I took a look at their website and I wanted to try their promo. Knowing they are a new competitor, I didn't expect too much from them. But they proved me wrong! I am liking the service and coverage I am getting with them. They're saving me a lot of money compared to my previous carrier. A big THUMBS UP to them!

Changed service from a large cellular service to Wing. The prices were better for the same services. Customer service was amazingly patient, exceedingly knowledgeable, and very helpful! Their service was a huge factor in our making the big change. Thank you Wing!
