This is very helpful to small business, most of them don't have an in house designer, so outsourcing design tasks to freelancers often makes it difficult to maintain consistent branding.
I can foresee its success in the short future! Good luck!
Zawa
@cheng_ju1 That is a perfectly articulated summary of the exact problem we set out to solve! Thank you for the insightful feedback and the good luck wishes! 🙏
You are absolutely right: relying on outsourced freelancers, especially for small businesses, is where brand consistency most often breaks down. Our goal is to make X-Design 2.0 the "in-house designer" that enforces the brand system 24/7.

Congrats on the launch! The shift toward physical-world brand materials is excellent.
Zawa
@abod_rehman Thank you so much! We appreciate the congrats! 🎉
We truly believe that brand systems need to work just as well on a physical banner as they do on an Instagram feed, so we're glad the focus on physical-world brand materials resonated with you!
Love this product, particularly the AI process that helps you effectively use a model like nano-banana to create amazing branding.
Zawa
@alexander_gifford That is fantastic to hear! We love that the AI process—and specifically its ability to integrate and leverage unique stylistic models like 'nano-banana'—is resonating so strongly. It's truly where the magic happens! ✨
We believe the combination of a powerful model with an intelligent workflow is the key to creating amazing branding efficiently.
Congrats on the launch! The ability to start from something as small as a sketch and turn it into a full identity feels incredibly approachable. What inspired the shift in direction from the earlier version?
Zawa
@vik_sh That's a fantastic compliment, thank you! Making the branding process approachable was a huge priority for us, and the idea of translating a rough sketch into a full identity is something we are actively striving for! (Though currently, we rely on clear input, that sketch feature is coming!)
The shift in direction for X-Design 2.0 was inspired by one key realization: Founders don't need more art; they need production-ready assets and consistency.
We moved from being a generator (Version 1.0) to being a complete Brand System Agent (Version 2.0) that focuses on guaranteed consistency, scalable output (SVG), and integrated refinement.
Great job! In my opinion : too many options/services offered so the menu is busy. What happens in my brain when I try to read menu items : AI bla bla - AI bla bla. Maybe your niche should be a little bit clearer.

@francis_william_rheaume
That is incredibly valuable feedback! Thank you for the blunt, honest assessment—that's exactly what we need to hear. 🙏
You hit on a potential point of friction: "too many options/services offered so the menu is busy." We focused on comprehensive features, but you're right, that can lead to feature bloat and confusion about the core value.

@goldensheepai
That's fantastic to hear! We are thrilled that X-Design 2.0 will be part of the Sheplang branding—we can't wait to see what you create! 🎉
That's a great question about the demos! To answer directly: the key demos were created entirely within X-Design 2.0 itself.
We used the tool's core functions—the AI concept generation, the brand kit refinement features, and the SVG export—to ensure the demos were a true, accurate showcase of the final output quality and workflow speed.
@mona_xx @yuncheng @tony_hsieh2 X-Design is a really cool product. I love your design concept, i love your UX flow. the prompt box never leaving me even while I'm scrolling, that's a very nice initiative. Will you guys be looking into being able to create cool animations for branding?
Zawa
@bello_bashir_kolawole Thank you so much for the detailed and encouraging feedback! We’re thrilled that the design concept and UX flow—especially the sticky prompt box—are resonating with you. That kind of attention to detail is exactly what we aimed for in X-Design 2.0.
Regarding animations for branding: Yes, absolutely! That is a frequent request and is definitely on our long-term roadmap. We see a huge opportunity to bring that same seamless creation experience to motion graphics. Stay tuned for future updates!
@tony_hsieh2 Would love to continue this conversation! I'm a product designer and have some thoughts on how the animations feature (and a few other UX opportunities) could evolve. Happy to connect on LinkedIn or jump on a quick call if you're interested. Either way, excited to see where X-Design goes!
Zawa
@nathan_darma Yes, absolutely! X-Design 2.0 is specifically designed to create usable, high-resolution vector assets (SVG).
You can input your rough designs from Nano Banana Pro as visual context, then prompt our AI agent to upscale, refine, and vectorize them for immediate use in your upcoming Mac app. Give it a try!
This looks super helpful for founders who aren’t designers. How well does it handle different lighting or product textures?
Great concept. X-Design feels accessible even for non-designers. Curious how customizable the elements are when working on more detailed layouts
Zawa
@melnychenko_maksym That's great to hear! We specifically prioritized making X-Design 2.0 accessible so non-designers can achieve professional results quickly.
Regarding the customization of detailed layouts:
AI Control: For the initial generation of assets like logos and brand mockups (menus, posters, packaging), the AI agent maintains control to ensure perfect brand consistency and adherence to design best practices.
Post-Generation Customization: Once the assets are generated, you gain access to an intuitive editor. This allows you to:
Adjust colors and typography (based on your brand kit).
Swap images or use background removal tools.
Edit text and content within the layouts.
Full Flexibility: For maximum control over detailed layouts, the assets are exported as editable files (including SVG). This means you can easily take the core vector logo and assets into advanced programs like Figma or Illustrator for any granular, detailed layout work you require.
The tool aims to handle 80% of the creation automatically, leaving you with the freedom to make final customizations without needing complex design skills.
