@kinzarra Thank you for your kind words! so far, we are the only natively built bot for JSM and Confluence, offering accurate and human-like answers right on the portal, with no need to switch platforms. Most competitors offer this on Slack or teams (which we also do), but JSM so far is out of their scope!
