Zapier MCP - Connect your AI to any app with Zapier MCP

Agents need access to your work apps. Turns out Zapier is pretty good at working with your apps. 8k+ in fact. So we thought why not get in on the MCP fun by making it easy for devs to hook their agents up to any app.

We hope everyone gives Zapier MCP a try! It's very simple: you generate your URL, configure your actions, and configure your client of choice (eg. Cursor, Windsurf, etc).

This was also a really fun product to build and has a little bit of history: originally, this codebase powered OpenAI plugins, which were based on OpenAPI specs defining APIs. While that didn't quite take off, we rebranded it and reused the stack for AI actions, which was an API-first approach to that same technology. While we saw some usage and excitement, models just weren't great at using tools at the time, and the pattern wasn't really normalized yet. That seems to be changing with MCP, and that's why we're really excited to launch this.
