That’s super cool! One thing we do that provides a lot of value—but is currently very manual—is classifying and organizing non-converted customer conversations based on their ‘reason for not buying.’ Is that something Zefi could handle? And do you connect to (or have plans to connect to) Freshworks CRM system?

@daniele_from_mapo_tapo Hi Daniele, yes, we connect with Freshdesk and the use case that you mentioned is one of our most traditional ones. It is possible to segment users as you wish and detect the main topics and reasons of that particular segment. Happy to have a deeper chat these days
