Interesting pivot from an issue-tracking system to a VoC platform - seems like a smart move! The automatic tagging and sentiment analysis across different customer touchpoints could be a real time-saver for CX teams. Been struggling with manual customer feedback analysis myself, so this definitely catches my eye.
