Nex automates workflows like CRM clean up, large list qualification, revenue recovery, at large volumes, that break general purpose agents. Built by ex-HubSpotters who ran its three largest customer platforms and backed by HubSpot founder Dharmesh Shah.

Scarlett.
Hey! Just checked out the platform.
How far can you push custom research workflows? For example, could I find 20 active AI newsletters, filter by audience size/topic, then find the right editor + contact info?
Nex
@byalexai Try it! I if the information is available it'll drop in a table and then you can action on it.
@frandias congrats on the launch, its a great product. i already supported you guys best of luck.
u told charles u deliberately dont use the word agent bcoz operators want outcomes. so on a 100k record cleanup that half fails, do they see which rows got fixed?
Nex
@niveditha_patluri1 they see the exact report of what was done, what was not and if there was any errors.
@najmuzzaman congratulation on your launch best of luck to you and your team.

I'm interested in the workflow aspect of this. The idea of having AI handle a series of steps instead of just responding to a command seems much closer to my daily usage approach.
Nex
@monir_ that is where you unlock the true power of Nex. Nex is great at building workflows that you don't have to babysit as you can tell it the goal and guardrails and it takes it from there.
EverTutor AI
This looks really interesting...especially the high-volume GTM workflows. Excited to see how Nex performs in real-world use cases!
Congrats on your launch @najmuzzaman

@suryansh_tiwari2 thanks. real-world use cases are where Claude Cowork and the likes break because they were built for general knowledge work on a user's machine, not for a team's production workflow. ask it to cleanup across 100k CRM records and it fails dramatically. with us, a customer ran their HubSpot CRM audit over their onboarding call and started deploying fixes.
This feels like a pretty natural evolution of AI in sales less chat with an agent more actually run the workflow. Congrats on the launch!
Nex
@charles_warren2 thanks Charles. we deliberately don't use the word agent in our product as well because GTM operators care about outcomes and want to build workflows. Agents don't matter
