To answer your question: for a small team like ours the hard part would be the daily habit. Day 1 everyone records, by week 2 it's only the founders. Does Craft do anything when someone goes quiet, or does the queue just get thinner? Also curious how you decide a comment or DM is from a "likely buyer". We qualify leads from WhatsApp chats and getting that right is the hard part.
