Hey PH! 👋 Relja here, solo iOS dev from Serbia. I spend 10+ hours a day at my desk coding. My neck and back were destroyed. I tried posture correctors, sticky notes on my monitor, timers to remind me to sit up — nothing stuck. Then I realized I'm already wearing a sensor on my head all day — AirPods. Apple built motion tracking into them for Spatial Audio, but nobody was using it for posture. So I built AirPosture. Put your AirPods in, start a session, and it tracks your head position in real time. Slouch forward and it catches you immediately. At the end you get a posture score showing how much of the session you spent in bad position. No extra hardware. No camera watching you.
