The D-ID platform appears to be a hoax. None of the features we paid for at Enterprise Level are working. Product support is non-existent as well. All they say is that they are working on the problem. It's been a week now and we are still unable to create video's without their watermark. We cannot use any other feature like the ones we paid for and want on our platform managing the advertise NUI with floating avatars or any other avatars for that matter. Yani reached out. Thank you. Days later there is no change. We still are unable to utilize the platform. So called customer service provides a lot of talk and no actions.

Friends, D-ID - Excellent service! I have created hundreds of hyper-realistic Avatars in D-ID, which were previously sketched in MJ and they have been a huge success! In D-ID everything is done perfectly and brilliantly. A simple and understandable interface even for a 3-year-old child. Uploading pictures and audio files - instant. Video generation is instant! In 30 minutes, I created more than 40 ready-made animated videos and have been continuing to do this for more than 2 months. For those who are interested, all the graphic speaking AI Avatars that are presented on this young Russian-language YouTube channel were made by me in the D-ID service! https://www.youtube.com/@GOLD_DH... The animation of the face, eyes, mouth and facial expressions is super professional. There is not enough swaying of the body and shoulders for realism. But in all other respects, D-ID is the absolute TOP-1 in the world for creating animated, super-realistic Avatars. I emphasize that in terms of animation of the face from the picture - everything is implemented simply GENIUS and much better than in any other services! Moreover, there are ready-made live Premium avatars that move their face, arms and body and can be an excellent solution for your video assistants. And again, ready-made live Premium avatars in D-ID are much higher quality and more affordable than in other Instant Avatar creation services. Well, the pricing and GENIUS marketing policy is also accessible to everyone and thought out to the smallest detail. Moreover, for those who don't know, during the holidays, you can create 20 one-minute Avatars without a watermark! Also, unlike other services for creating Instant Avatars, there are completely free solutions to understand whether you need it or not, and in D-ID they give 20 credits as a gift and do not immediately force the client to pay for a pig in a poke (as is implemented in not a friend a lesser-known service for creating live Instant Avatars). The D-ID support service (unlike other services for creating live Avatars) responds instantly and efficiently! It's a product with great potential, but currently the API has limited docs, no error reporting, and it's very expensive to use. We tried building a PoC with it, and failed, due to the above issues and a lack of support from D-ID. At this moment I wouldn't advise anyone to use D-ID in production, but if the company professionalizes and reduces API cost it may become a staple for chatbot builders around the world.

It is probably the most congenial and pleasant chat-bot I've encountered. Of course it can and will access all the reference material one would expect a good chat-bot to lay its virtual hands on. What makes this one unique is its willingness to branch off on philosophical tangents, if the user is so inclined, and to maintain a conversational demeanor that is always easy to talk to. As the user, you may have to remind yourself not to fall in love.

I like the idea of making my own avatar(s) and add them into my presentations. It is not only much more interesting for the audience, but also helps me as the speaker. It helps transfer the knowledge in a more realistic way by "holding a conversation" with the avatars about the slides which they are embedded in, and not just in a one-way traditional presentation.

My expereince with this was pretty interesting, very easy to understand and time to final product is very low. I've had an can see more practical uses for these and if at all anything I wished for, was more realism to the avatars but that I hope comes with more updates.
