When I worked as a product manager, I constantly felt stressed - not because of the work itself, but because of the tools.
To get basic work done, I had to use 4–6 different apps:
🐣 One for docs
🐣 One for tasks
🐣 One for whiteboards
🐣 One for knowledge
🐣 Plus integrations, embeds, and endless switching between tabs
It was exhausting. I didn’t need hundreds of features. I needed something simple but couldn't find it. So I decided to build it.
“But there are already many tools like this…”
Yes - there are tons of tools. But in our opinion, most of them are too heavy, hard to learn, visually outdated. Or too expensive, especially for small teams.
With Dokably, we wanted to create a tool that’s genuinely easy and intuitive to use. A tool that keeps you focused on your work instead of pulling your attention in ten different directions. A tool that allows teams to do their entire daily workflow in one place - without paying for 3–5 separate apps just to collaborate and store knowledge.
We also believe that many competitors’ pricing is simply too harsh for small teams and solo entrepreneurs.

I really love the idea. Also, I am a sucker for neat design, and Dokably gives me just that — it's pure visual pleasure. Some things took a while for me to understand and I wonder if it's because this is more for a younger demographic and they see and think differently ))
After that initial stage, everything is so easy and clear. I work a lot with non-profits and believe they'll appreciate the discount option, though the current subscription price is a fraction of what many others charge.
For this tool to become a go-to solution for many organisations or individuals, it would be great if it had as soon as possible:
multi-language interface (a possibility to change this from the settings page or wherever else)
2FA with hardware authentication methods available
a clearer policy on organisation's data protection (right now the privacy policy seems more applicable to individuals than organisations)
voice-over for demonstration videos (even at 0.5 speed it was a bit challenging at times)
desktop app (not browser-based)
Further down the road but really making Dokably one-stop-shop:
Calendar and appointment scheduling page
Time-tracking tool
Messaging and video-conferencing solution (end-to-end encryption would make it just perfect)
But even at this stage, I'll be recommending Dokably to my clients — particularly those struggling with finding solutions to collaborative project management solutions.

And yes to the Free plan! Because I just need some personal space to organize marketing knowledge by project, and I run out of blocks too fast on "some-other-popular-tool" :) 😅 Also love that free edit access is available for anyone. That one is usually locked behind a paid tier elsewhere.
Already poked around a bit and love how fast I can link everything. Can’t wait to load a full project and see how it handles bigger workflows. Loving the vibes so far! 🚀

@sasha_dikan Looks great! Love the all-in-one approach. 👏 If a team wants to migrate existing content from Notion/Confluence e.g., is there an import feature? And on the flip side, what export formats do you support? This is often a deal-breaker for teams considering switching tools. Good luck today! 🚀
