Dokably brings docs, whiteboards, notes, tasks, and wikis together in one AI-powered workspace. Your team’s data stays connected, organized, and always up to date - without the constant context switching.

Love Dokably. Great to see whiteboard and Block editor in one place. It would be great to have AI based synch between both the modalities. Hope those are planned for the future releases
Dokably
@amrith_krishna yes, that is planned))) and that is the main idea of the app actually - to have all interconnected and on AI.

Congrats on the launch!
This looks amazing, the value prop is solid and honestly, anything that replaces Confluence is a win in my book.
I hate it when my project is scattered between a million tools and everything is fragmented.
@sasha_dikan Anyone who endeavors to help people move on from Atlassian Confluence I consider a friend. I'm going to dive Dokably a shot.
The UI is great so far, I"ll be honest. this feels better than notion. A lot more understandable and responsive.

@build_with_aj many thanks AJ for your support - it means a lot. Let me know if you decide to try it deeper - I would be honoured to guide you through it and get your feedback. Especially in terms of what features you lack there!

@sasha_dikan
Okay so, I own this domain i bought on a whim last year, it sat for a while and I think I finally have a commercially viable idea for it. I've decided I will use Dokably to plan and execute, to document and manage the project.
I'll be doing a proper review then too.
Initial feedback:
The whiteboard font glitches when you change size, it's intermittent.
I didn't see a center or self center button in the whiteboard.
These buttons overlap on desktop, firefox
No dark mode yet, I use a global extension so i didn't notice until now, perhaps that is messing with the whiteboard editor
What I'm loving:
The UI is super clear and clean
The doc UX is unobtrusive.
Haven't tried the agent or the AI yet.
Overall: Great experience so far. I might even use it for general notes. It gives discord if it could be organized and notion if it wasn't bloated.
I'll try the boards soon. Please tag me in future posts or whenever you add features, I'd be happy to give feedback.
I don't see a code block element but that's understandable, i dont think docs for code was in the MVP scope.

Have been following Dokably for the past 3 years - super exciting to see its growth. Quick question - how do you see AI becoming in a native in your product compared to notion?
Dokably
@prannay_kedia many thanks Prannay - I appreciate your support and interest! Well, we see AI features as adds-on only - you pay for AI credits you use and all is super transparent. I believe all should have a possibility to use AI in a productivity apps, even if one can't afford a paid business plan. Let me know if you decide to try Dokably.
Congrats on the launch @sasha_dikan !
Does the AI have cross-module visibility?
Dokably
@byalexai thanks for your support! not yet - but building a strong AI assistant that works throughout the platform and helps with product management and tasks - that is our plan for 2026.
minimalist phone: creating folders
In what do you see this main competitive advantage compared to, e.g. Trello or Jira?
Dokably
@busmark_w_nika thanks Nika) we are simpler + in Dokably we cover more use cases than Trello/Jira. With Dokably, you have all your info/tasks/visuals/knowledge in one place. You can organise all how you like, and do your work from one place.
Looks pretty awesome! Goooooo! Btw, how are you comparing to @Fibery?
Dokably
@anna_master we are simply not Fibery and very much far away from them)) we are not that much all-in-one tool. we are focused mostly on knowledge creation, sharing and collaboration around it.
Is it a lovechild of Notion and Miro? =) looks neat
Dokably
@tony_urban2 haha that's right) thanks Tony
