I remember seeing the demo and one of the things that stood out to me was the various places where they’ve brought in useful automations. For instance, categorizing the topic of the user feedback across modalities. Out of curiosity, what kind of customizations can clients expect to find for their individual circumstances? e.g., small teams vs big teams that might have different needs.

@tiffanycgo @varun_sharma4 @gusoliveira_ Hi Gus, the models are trained in a fully automated process, though there is a small amount of manual quality control from our team. The models are good enough that they are able to properly capture and surface insights for >90% of your feedback (assuming your feedback volumes are high enough). For the remaining 10% of the feedback, we have found that typically these are edge cases that will be very specific to your particular business - something we would not have insight into. Because of this, what we do is we highlight these ambiguous cases to you in the product and give you, the customer, the tools to make corrections that improve the performance of the models over time in a way that is 100% bespoke to you and your customers

@cindy_berman1 The minimum required in order for the models to be effective is roughly 300-500 pieces of feedback (aggregated across support tickets, survey responses, social media posts, etc) though less is needed if you also want to analyze call recordings (sales calls or user interviews) That being said, we have found that at those volumes teams are generally able to create a good enough understanding of their customers pain points through manual processes. Those manual processes tend to fall apart when you get to around 1000 pieces of feedback per month (or 100 recorded calls per month). If you are at or approaching that level I would encourage you to start looking into automated solutions like ours.

@sentry_co Another way that we think about it is not that our product just tells you what your customers want (it does). But more importantly, it gives you the data to know what you're customers problems are. We believe that continuously iterating on (identifying customers problems -> solving them -> repeat) is essential to building great products

@jackson_divita Yepp I know. I do this my self with google analytics and talking to customers on linkedin. I think it's key to improving UX. But balance is important. You have to not stray too far from your core mission. Most products today build too much, add too much bloatware. And often get lost in pleasing current customers. And drop the ball on even bigger opportunities. Product sense + product feedback 50% 50% is the sweet-spot I think.

As a happy customer, I've seen first hand how seriously Enterpret take their own customer feedback. Will the product generate a product strategy for you, no ;-) But will it help you quantify and qualify the firehose of customer feedback to inform your strategy and prioritisation, yes! It is a thoughtful tool, constantly getting better, and head and shoulders above anything else I have seen.
