I have been looking for something like this for a long time to use in community organisations. Correspondence in and out is such a pain and if you can extract Inbox to From, Subject and Date Received, a spreadsheet can then be distributed with an agenda instead of reading everything out and taking up meeting time. Same applies for Sent, but To, Subject and Date. Ideally these should be between a date range so it's only since last meeting.
I tried the product out and it worked well, but got to the free limit it seems just processing the inbox. Most small community organisations where this would be very useful can't afford US$30 a month to process two spreadsheets. In Australia, that would be about A$45 too.
All that aside, looks like a great product, but out of reach for many who could use it for the above examples.
Cheers,
Ric
