@lmaomaxi Hi Maxi. We still collect payment information up front to make sure they are a real person with a valid payment method, but the card is not charged until the customer completes their TryOut. We also have protections in place against the real fraudsters out there in the world.

However, how will JackThreads handle those clothes which have been tried by others?
As a customer, we might end up purchasing items which has been tried multiple times by different users?

Was it not possible for customers to return items before? I think it may just be a psychology hack that could simply wear off overtime. Hope it works out though.
Im so much more inclined to order things now. I put in 2 separate orders yesterday cause its too easy.

Hey @Jasonrosser - A little disappointed so far. I placed 2 separate try out orders on the 15th and called to check on the status yesterday as was told that it was still processing and that they would finally be shipped out last night. Well out of the blue this morning I get an email saying that they had been canceled and that I would not be charged. No reason as to why, nothing. I was stoked and now don't know what to think.
