Finally! This makes so much sense. I'd much rather be the gatekeeper to my own destiny and pick the clothes I want to try instead of someone sending me a box and I hope they get my style.

This really cool! As a long time follower and customer of JackThreads this was a very needed addition. It has been interesting to see JackThreads transition from a flash sale site to a more focused online men's clothing retailer. Other online retailers like ASOS do a similar thing and provide a prepaid postage return sticker except you pay for the item upfront. This feature will probably end with me spending even more money on clothes...

Consumer first thinking is a smart move, I just hope it is also beneficial to their bottom line. I'd like to see this with a lot more online retailers and e-commerce platform providers like Shopify, etc.
@joshdance@chang2301 Throughout the experience we let the customer know that the purpose of TryOuts is to try on the clothes and see them with the rest of your wardrobe before paying (vs wearing them for a week). Then, we QC items that are sent back and refold them to our standard, so you can be confident that you're getting fresh merchandise.
