Klariqo AI Voice Assistants
👋 Hey Product Hunt!
Been working with SMBs and SAAS businesses for years, and the biggest pain point everyone has is Customer Support. From brick-and-mortar businesses, unable to attend to their calls all the time, to online businesses experiencing massive bounce rates on their site because there's no one to help the visitor convince them about their product or service.
Voice AI Assistants are perfect for solving this, but most Voice AI tools currently are built for developers, featuring complex APIs, webhooks, latency optimization, and a complicated setup flow.
Most businesses don't care about that technical learning curve. They want to know one thing: "Can this help me with customer support and close more sales or not?"
So we built Klariqo: AI Voice assistants to answer that question. Our AI Voice Agents sound human, work 24/7, and take 3 minutes to set up. No coding. No developers needed.
What makes us different:
⚙️ Setup in 3 minutes (seriously, have it running before your coffee gets cold)
👨🏻💻 No APIs, No webhooks, No latency optimisation - We do it all
📞 Answers calls 24/7 in natural voice and accent (American, Australian, etc)
💬 Handles website chats simultaneously (say goodbye to boring text chatbots)
📅 Integrated Calendar and Leads Management (your agent naturally gets their info)
👦🏻 Human agent transfer, when needed (complex queries, or if explicitly asked for it)
🎯 Track calls, read transcripts, understand user sentiment, and much more
Unlike other solutions, we're business-first. If you don't want to touch code, Klariqo is for you.
🎁 Product Hunt exclusive: 30% off first 3 months with code PHLAUNCH
Would love your feedback, especially if you've tried other Voice AI tools.

@ansh_deb not ai, you're selling the removal of integration headaches. that's smart!
Klariqo AI Voice Assistants
@mohsinproduct Thanks a lot man! Glad you found this valuable.
MultiDrive
@ansh_deb Great product! Does it write all notes in CRM?
Klariqo AI Voice Assistants
@tetiana_hryshmanovska Hey there. Thanks for the comment. I assume you mean the call/chat transcripts? Then yes, it tracks it all and adds it all perfectly in a readable bubble chat format in the CRM.
MultiDrive
@ansh_deb yes, that's right! thank you for clatification :)
@ansh_deb Really like how simple you’ve made voice AI for businesses. The no-code setup + 24/7 calling is super practical. How well does it handle accents or mixed-language callers?
AI Context Flow
Klariqo AI Voice Assistants
@hira_siddiqui1 Thanks a lot for the comment Hira. Appreciate it.
Well, most products out there (and there are a lot of Voice AI ones haha) are mostly very technical focused. if you are not a developer, it gets really hard to implement.
With Klariqo, its a 3 min onboarding, with no technical learning required. We do that in the backend ourselves. Moreover its not just a "here's your Voice AI, good luck!" kinda thing, we stay with the full journey, with internal calendar for bookings + lead capture mid conversation, transcripts, constantly updated training of the AI and more
AI Context Flow
I think for traditional businesses (think beauty salons, restaurants, dentists or anyone that has an appointment system) would be happy to have such a solution.
What's your ICP though?
Klariqo AI Voice Assistants
@hira_siddiqui1 Exactly, traditional businesses see the most value with this, since they usually get a lot of phone calls that get missed on the regular. Specifically saw a huge use case with restaurants like you said and also plumbers and other trade businesses.
On top of that, this also works as a very solid replacement to regular chatbots for SAAS businesses as well. Imagine Intercom but it can talk. Much faster resolution than typing, where in many cases it gets a bit harder to explain what the actual problem is.
minimalist phone: creating folders
I reckon that in the future, more and more people will use voices rather than typing. It is convenient and more direct. The only struggle can be that AI needs access to different accents and languages. Interesting launch! :)
Klariqo AI Voice Assistants
@busmark_w_nika Indeed. Currently, we support English (majorly) with all sorts of accents, but soon its gonna work in multiple languages. Working on it
Klariqo AI Voice Assistants
@george_esther Hey @george_esther thanks for the comment. And yes, we already do have industry-specific learning. We don't specifically have templates for them right now, but the AI in the back is trained on how to interact differently based on the client business.
Though eventually, plan is to also add custom options like "Uploading pdf menus" for restaurants and personalising pricing plans and so on.
Congrats for your launch! 🚀 Great to see work done to solve real problems of businesses! A small curiosity, how do you taylor it to every company needs? if the setup is this fast, how does the AI get the context and the knowledge to answer properly?
Klariqo AI Voice Assistants
@ggange Hey thanks for the comment. So we have a pre-defined set of templated rules in the backend that caters generally to all businesses. Plus during onboarding the user can enter their site, which the AI can scrape to pull all relevant details, like pricing, service offering, TOS and so on.
Combined it becomes a master prompt that the AI agent is automatically trained on with full context, specifically about the business.
Alternatively, the business can also enter some details manually, which is usually a one time thing during onboarding (with ofcourse opportunity to tweak it as they progress)
@ansh_deb Very well-thought! Thank you for your answer 😁
Klariqo AI Voice Assistants
@eric_ukeje Hey, thanks for the comment. Yeah so we make that very easy. In most cases, during on boarding the user just enters their website URL and our AI scrapes their website and auto pulls relevant context, pricing details and more. Or they can alternatively tell it in a simple form.
Our backend is already optimised to use that info + trained system prompts for most business queries, which then works as a unified master prompt for the business.
But usually as long as the customer has a website, they can just enter their URL, and all details are pulled automatically.
Setting up a customer support AI assistant for one of our clients right now, may check out Klariqo as well! How does the actual setup happen? By recognizing keywords, you run a needed flow?
Klariqo AI Voice Assistants
@pasha_tseluyko Hey Pavel, thanks for the comment. Yeah basically you follow our easy onboarding, where you just give us the website URL, and the AI agent scrapes through and pulls all relevant information as needed.
The AI agent is pre-trained in basic business rules, and proper guardrails + your website context makes it properly trained specifically on your business.
Let me know if you need any help with the onboarding :)
