Knowzilla gives sales teams real-time answers during live calls, so they can handle tough questions, overcome objections, and stop losing deals because the answer was buried in a playbook.

Knowzilla
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Liina, I've been selling and growing things for decades (yikes, sounds old) some things kept repeating itself. So we built Knowzilla to fix it: people can sit through endless onboarding and still freeze when a real sales conversation gets hard. I ran a top-performing regional team and kept thinking: selling is not rocket science. You need the right answers and confidence, the rest can be automated.
We are a team of sales and engineering leaders - built some unicorns before, now we want to help anyone sell their beautiful idea better.
@liina_knowzilla Does Knowzilla adapt to different sales styles like consultative B2B vs transactional SaaS, or focus more on objection-handling patterns? How's it building that muscle memory for reps who crumble under live pressure?
Knowzilla
@dayal_punjabi you can choose your sales methodology and it will follow and guide you using it!
Muscle memory comes fro repetition and you'll improve after every interaction. It's also going to help you in your first few calls when you're nervous and may actually know all the answers, but are drawing a blank - it is there for you like a safety net, reminding you what to say and the right answers
Interesting take on the live call guidance problem. We ran a 15-person sales team at our IT services company and the biggest gap was always tribal knowledge — senior reps knew the answers to tough objections but junior reps would freeze. How are you handling the knowledge ingestion side? Specifically curious whether Knowzilla pulls from closed-won deal recordings or if the team has to manually build the knowledge base upfront. That bootstrap phase is usually where these tools stall.
Knowzilla
@thekrew combinatiom of both - it helps you build your playbook, upload info and then starts learning from the good outcomes

Standard sales training often collapses under the pressure of a live call. I have spent a large part of my career designing consultative processes and managing sales teams; the primary hurdle is always ensuring that a strategic framework actually translates to a real-time conversation.
I admire that Knowzilla is using AI to solve these problems. Provides the situational awareness required to handle complex objections without the mental tax of searching through playbooks is gold. This looks like a sharp, pragmatic solution for organizations that prioritize precision over guesswork.

@therealsjr thank you so much! We want to help sales teams close not look frantically for answers 🫶
Hey Liina! Love the idea! How do you ensure that the library has all the up-to-date information? does it self-refresh or it needs someone (e.g. RevOps) to take care of that?
Knowzilla
@philip_kubinski hey! Team needs to keep data up to date but we will setup notifications: “hey this info hasn’t been updated for x months, perhaps time to review”
Looks pretty interesting! Is this solution positioned to mainly help SDRs / BDRs and AEs? Or have more technical sellers like Enterprise AEs or Sales Engineers been using this as well? I can image with younger and less technical salespeople this is really useful but also curios to learn how more technical salespeople use it or get value out of it. Keep up the good work!

@wilnefkens I'd say it's good for all and in different ways - a new rep needs confidence and the right answer fast. Complex deals need real attention to detail - here it helps documenting everything, sending all the data to CRM, reducing the admin time and making sure no important parts are missed - even experienced reps forget something, we're all human.
Additionally the lightning fast search of your internal knowledge is just more convenient than jumping into Notion or slack mid call to find the answer to the client's question
Curious how this handles long-cycle deals — government BD in particular runs 6-18 months from first contact to award. The "guiding every deal" concept is interesting but most sales AI I've seen is optimized for 30-90 day cycles.
Does Knowzilla have any concept of deal stages that extend that far out, or is it more focused on standard commercial pipelines?
Knowzilla
@sagaiq_coo It can help you reallt well in long and complex deals - for every interaction it creates a deal room keeping all the context in one place, surfacing problems and what's going well. Then later we'll expand to team handovers - when client goes to onboarding, the next team also needs to understand what to keep in mind and the history of what has already happened.
This is clever. My only worry is that I'd be so focused on reading the suggestion that I'd stop actually listening. Is that just a me problem, or did you run into that during testing? Did it get easier after a few calls? Congrats on the launch!

@jared_salois Thanks for your comment! It takes a bit of tweaking - too many and it's indeed overwhelming, too little and can be unhelpful. We're tweaking the balance and will add personalisation as well so you can set it to your preferences.
