By deploying dynamic "deal rooms" right inside a team's primary chat client, the platform surfaces vital contract milestones, processes real-time deal signals, and automatically drafts AI-curated call summaries that can be synced directly to the CRM database with a single button interaction.

What needs improvement

The primary deployment constraint centers around configuration dependencies on highly customized, enterprise-grade Salesforce environments that utilize heavy validation rules or deeply nested custom objects. When RevOps teams attempt to push advanced automated updates or trigger complex approval chains from Slack, mapping the specific field structures into the platform's workflow editor can require manual validation adjustments. Additionally, while the automated call notetaker archives standard dialogue highlights cleanly, capturing dense localized pricing models, custom discounting frameworks, or multi-year contract anomalies still demands a manual validation pass from the account executive prior to pushing the notes live to the master customer file.

We’ve been using Momentum for several months, and it really streamlined the sales process! Love the workflows, especially tightly integrated with Salesforce and Slack. Also love the time saving of the new call summaries! They are very accurate and great to save as call notes in Salesforce with the click of a button in Slack.
