The biggest challenge has been striking the right balance between clinical precision and human warmth. We’ve addressed this by co-developing with physicians, so every AI insight is both medically validated and context-aware.
On trust, yes — we conducted in-depth user research and found that people feel most confident when AI advice is transparent (citing credible sources), reviewed by real doctors, and delivered in a tone that feels supportive, not robotic. For us, accuracy and empathy go hand-in-hand — that’s where true patient confidence is built.
