HeyGenTurn your ideas into videos in minutes.
4.4 (72 reviews)
OpenVids is built on HyperFrames, HeyGen's open source video framework. A video there is plain HTML with timing attributes, so AI agents can read and edit a project as ordinary files, and rendering is deterministic. It's Apache-2.0, which made forking it into a desktop app possible.

TauriAn Electron alternative written in Rust
5.0 (64 reviews)
Small installer and low memory use, since it uses the system webview instead of shipping a whole browser. The Rust side also made it easy to supervise the processes the app starts (the local server, Chrome, FFmpeg) and clean them all up on quit.
