I'm so grateful to Richard and Niko for creating a product that finally works like an analyst works- in twists and turns and random journeys. Reconfigured answers the prayers of anyone who works in the weird grey area of: analytics, product management, and anything else dev-adjacent. I love the ease of use to track my "to dos", the messy bits in the middle, the findings and the side quests along the way. I'll say this as well- this product wouldn't be anything without its founders. Richard and Niko are incredibly passionate, humble and eager to help anyone get acquainted with their product. They are customer-focused and super attentive to identifying and resolving pain points with their users. I love what they've created so far and I'm really excited to see what comes next!

I'm really happy with my experience! This app does simple things, but it does it exceptionally well. This app is meant to be a journal as you dig into data and try to extract meaning and insights from it. What makes it nice to use is that it is always running in the background and with a simple shortcut, you can bring it up and log what you want. It almost achieve and exceeds the convenience of pen and paper (do not underestimate the power of this simple approach). And when you juggle between multiple projects, it makes it really easy to summarise where I left off.

This is an amazing product and their rate of development is spectacular! I've worked with analytics for 15+ years and I've never gotten off the ground with other ticket systems, because they never seem to actually help me get more organised. The overall idea of the product is very good. It's been painful for some like myself to remember all the insights I have collected over the year. Keeping them all in one place and easily accessible is very handy. Overall experience is also good. This can also be utilized for capturing learnings we do from article podcasts etc.

I have about 4 or 5 note books at any given time, plus Notion and Obsidian. reconfigued has changed the way I take notes and actually makes it enjoyable. Now no longer will the random thoughts and ideas I have get lost into the ethos. Saves so much time.
