Resalent reads your sleep, HRV, heart rate, calendar, and weather — then finds the moment when your body and schedule are actually ready for the habit. Too tired for a run? It suggests a walk. Back-to-back meetings? It shifts your meditation to an open window. Low energy after a bad sleep? It adapts the intensity. We call it "resonance" — when your state and action are in sync, habits stick naturally. No streaks. No guilt. No shame loops. Free to start — 3 habits, no credit card

I built Resalent after my Streaks app made me feel worse, not better.
I'd skip a morning run because I slept 4.5 hours — then see a red X where my
streak used to be. The app didn't know I was exhausted. It didn't care. Same
reminder, same guilt, every single day.
So I asked: what if the app actually knew how I felt?
How Resalent works
It connects to HealthKit (sleep, HRV, heart rate, activity), your calendar,
and local weather. Then it does three things:
1. Finds when you're actually ready — not when the clock says so
2. Adapts the action — "Run 5K" becomes "20 min walk" on a low-energy day
3. Finds the gap — skips the slot packed with meetings, suggests an open window
We call this resonance — the moment when your state and your action are
in sync. Like in physics: when two waves align, the signal amplifies.
When they don't, it's just noise.
What Resalent is NOT
- Not a streak counter (no streaks, period)
- Not a generic reminder app
- Not "discipline porn" — no shame, no guilt
- Not a medical device — we suggest you decide
